EUROPEAN CAFE JAZZ

Mixing the French accordion of Valse Musette , the Hot Club jazz guitar of Django Reinhardt,  and original compositions, Bric-a-brac creates a musical soundtrack to transform your evening into a sophisticated celebration. For the last eight years, Bric-a-brac has performed every Thursday night at Seattle’s venerable Italian restaurant, The Pink Door.

Accordionist Maggie Kim is one of the region’s few musicians dedicated to the unique tradition of Valse Musette. Guitarist Greg Ruby is steeped in Django-inspired jazz and has worked with groups such as Pearl Django and leads Greg Ruby & the Rhythm Runners. Matt Weiner‘s impeccable and versatile bass styles make him a first call bassist for bands across the Pacific Northwest. Together they craft a unique and uplifted sound that is a perfect fit for your special event, evening out or rainy Northwest afternoon.
